Runza - Kearney

Food was hot and fresh. Not their fault but I feel Runza has lost the quality of the original sandwich. No flavor. Hard to keep something so homemade into a fast food and keep its authentic recipe, but can be done.

The food was ok, but the I got weirded out by one of the workers. He was a very tall, older guy. As I'm eating, I can see that he is making the young girl he is working with so uncomfortable. Like touching her shoulders when he walks by. He also kept talking to alot of customers and randomly leaving and would leave her alone when she needed help so someone else would have to help her. He doesn't seem to pull his weight. I will use the drive Thu but I won't go back when he is there.

If you like long dark hair in your food.. Not impressed with food quality at all. Not what they advertise..... $9 meal was a waste of money.

Went through drive-thru, worker asked if I ordered 2 fries. I replied 'yes 2 large fries and the fries with the meal '. Got only 2 fries. Waited and waited, had to knock on window. Gave me another fry that wasn 't even half full.

I travel once a year to kearney to visit my 4 grand kids. runza is the only restaurant where I have to eat! the runza sandwich is just great! if I had the money, I would build one in norway michael!
