Mcdonald's - Kearney

This situation was best in order, which was missing from the customer service. the cheeseburgers had a strange taste for them as well as the fries. the fries greased as if they were fried in old ranciful oil. if I have to visit kearney, no more would stop here.

Absolutely had no intention to get our order quickly, stood to chat it up and with their phones when we were clear there for a good 15 minutes, maybe 13, it was at 8:30 when we were there and the staff were not nice but more or so schnobby with us, please teach their employees about the right customer service. only what they have right was our command.

It took 10 minutes to get 1 sausage biscuit and 1 sausage muffin, at 8am. When the food was finally ready, neither sandwich was wrapped. Also, neither hand dryer in the women's restroom is functional so ... that's gross.

This is my filet of fish from tonight… more like soup!! I don’t know how you can miss the sandwich entirely but they sure did!

Arrived at the drive through and the lady taking our order said 1 thing and it was go ahead. While ordering she didn 't spoke a single word and we questioned if she was even listening still. Finished ordering and she must 've made some last minute adjustments because it looked right at the screen but the receipt was different.
