Arby's - Kaysville

Stopped in to pickup an online order yesterday, and the staff was SO friendly! I felt so appreciated as a customer and the manager (unfortunately I didn't catch her name in particular was, so, so friendly! One of those customer service experiences that just makes you so happy there are still good people in this world. And as always, the food was great! Thank you!:

We stopped in here on a long road trip so that we could use the restroom and I ended up ordering an Arby's Roast Beef sandwich meal. The food came out very quickly and the sandwich was delicious! I really like Arby's roast beef, and this experience at this restaurant was great! I would stop at this restaurant again the next time I was needing some good fast food and a restroom break.

Dining room still closed. Decent drive through service.

6 cars in the drive through. Guess how long it took. 53 MINUTES!!!! and that’s once I started timed after about 5 minutes. Absolute joke they don’t understand we have other things to do besides wait for nothing.

Service is good but the food is bad and bad for ya!
