Great place with warm atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty food!

Very pleasant and comfy place, helpful and friendly staff. Worth coming back for more.

Very delicious food and nice wine! Was sceptical ordering the duck, but it was moist and juicy, just a perfect amount as well not too much and not too little. Atmosphere is cozy, lovely music selection. The only negative I could say mens bathroom does have a smell.

We had heard great things about Ristorante Piccola Italia but the experience exceeded all expectations. The ingredients were all the highest quality, the seafood lasagne was the best we had anywhere in Lithuania, the grill octopus was perfectly seasoned. And grilled salmon steak with homemade gnocchi was something incredible. I’m still dreaming about that gnocchi! Really amazing, creative, fresh and well-prepared food. Very special place to visit on your next trip to Kaunas.

Price and performance/quality is a bit lacking, location directly near a busy street junction does not make things better, especially if you want to eat at the outside terrace that they have.
