Excellent service! We were seated promptly and at least 3 waitresses greeted us with Good morning! It was very busy, but our order was taken quickly and delivered in a timely manner. Everything was delicious. I will certainly be returning.

Staff was wonderful. My class and another went in there for ice cream after a school activity. That's 40-50 teenagers, and the staff there handled it SO WELL. They managed to keep the whole production afloat and they were very friendly, even by the time we left. Plus, everyone got their ice cream in roughly 10 minutes or less. Great service, great food. I'd go back there again everyday if I could.

Excellent menu with good pricing to go along with it. The staff are courteous, very friendly and thoughtful. There seems to be very little turnover of staff which tells me the management is good along with good wages. Rico, the owner is responsible for all of this. My wife, Lynn and I, have known Rico more then 20 years. He is quality people which shows through his staff every day. Ron Verhagen Appleton

Great service and food. They were so accommodating to our dietary needs. My husband and I were the only vegetarian in our group of 13 and they worked with us to turn a Philly cheese steak and a Reuben sandwich vegetarian. Delicious! Thanks Chef, you made our night!

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. We arrived at 10:15, placed our order at 10:20, then watched as customers at four tables in our section were seated, ordered and received food, each within 10 minutes of ordering. At 10:45, I asked politely if our order could be checked on. At 11:05, I informed the hostess we would be leaving. There were only two of us and one order was for the special. Had the waitress just told us the order had been overlooked when I first asked her to check, it would have been fine. Mistakes happen. But all she said was we're busy. Not too busy for the tables of 6, 4, 2 and 3 at the counter, apparently. Sorry, but we won't be back.
