Bidrage med feedbackEating is okay, but Esther... doesn't make sure that's her name or not. can not seem to take their airpod out of their ears long enough to hear my order. when is this in order? also she looks like she rolled out of bed and came into work dirty from the day before. I ask food safety.
Nice, quiet place to eat during the weekdays. It was easy to order and know exactly what I wanted in my burrito! Fillings and toppings were labeled to read easily.
The attendant working looked unkept. She looked like she rolled out of bed wearing sweat pants and dirty crocs. Felt like I’d get sick eating because of bad hygiene and food safety issues. So I left. Stay away.
This was bad.... we were going to dine in, got 2 sushi bowl and edamame. The edamame had white slime all over how old does edamame need to be? then we started doubting and looking at the ingredients in our bowl. the avocado was very brown ok... the tuna was quite dark and at room temperature (not even slightly cold) it was obviously sitting out for a while. The root beer didnt have the nozzle so it sprayed everywhere and they said we took it off because its out wiped myself clean and got dr. pepper which was flat. At this point i spoke to the chef or manager .. we just wanted to leave. He didnt even offer a refund, at this point i wanted out of there. the place is pretty sketchy, the kids that work there are very irresponsible and the manager who the kids there called the chef was maybe a couple years older. Not going back there again.
I went there today for the first time. My husband and I ordered two burritos but we were charged for three. I did not notice this until we got in the car and looked at the receipt. I went back in to get it corrected. None of the employees knew how to fix their error. They could not give me my money back. To add insult to the injury, I put a tip on my card when I checked out! Wish I had checked my receipt before I paid. The employees were apathetic that they had overcharged me. They were more interested in what was on their phone. I am hoping when I go back tomorrow I can speak to the manager or someone who knows how to work their payment system to get my money back.
