Costco Wholesale - Katy

Customer service is definitely top notch here! We wanted to get a 75 inch Samsung, but the customer rep showed us a much better at the same price. He also explained how the entire state guarantee plus the cost-cost credit card would give us a total of 7 years coverage! Not to mention we get a $950 reward check so that we basically get the TV for free!!

Gas is high quality, but there is always a line. There will always be a lot, but I don't think I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get through at checkout. Many options for food and products. Great place for shopping for a big family. Use the gift card packages, $25 quickly adds to many savings. Great customer service and return policy. Liquor store offers many options in addition to the main store.

It's Costco. It is consistent, reliable and like any other Costco you were in Houston. The parking lot is packed, but you'll find a place at some point. I was too bad Costco's (can not even find a place at the end of the last row). Inside everything was organized as expected. They seem to be well-stocked and had everything we were looking for. The hot food area was not as busy as the other Costco, who was big news. We packed a hot dog and he met expectations.

Costco is quite funny, but you can find better prices for many things. We need to be really careful because some things can actually be more expensive than you actually buy more of them at the same time than pay more. But other things are pretty good compared to other places. Make sure you compare prices first.

A very typical setup for a Costco, they do carry quality products and have a better product option than the competing Sam's club servicing the same areas around greater Katy. This place also has a tire center, they fix tire leak for free. This location does not have any tire air pump station, although I saw several others with tire air pump stations. There is a propane gas refilling station at this location with attendant. This Costco is super busy, most of the time it's difficult to find parking. Also, during weekends, Grand parkway gets backed up from Katy, which is why I started avoiding this Costco. The Sam's club is closer to our neighborhood which is not as busy, so we use the Sam's club when we need something quick, but we like the cleanliness and organization of Costco better.
