Chick-fil-a - Katy

Update: 12/28/23 the stars are for Kenzie. I stopped at 6pm to grab two shakes. Their were only three cars ahead of me. after the first two cars left there were cars behind me and I saw team members bringing bags of food and drinks. By the time I made it to the head of the line there were more cars coming behind me receiving their meals, at this time I was very frustrated and decided to let down my window and search for a team member. No one responded or took the time to come to my vehicle after servicing curbside orders and other vehicles. I turned on my hazard lights hoping someone would come. Kenzie C. a team member came up to my window to assist me she was so sweet and understanding. after I explained the long wait, how others were receiving food before I even got my milkshakes. she went in to figure out what was going on. It didn't take 10 minutes or longer she was out with my drinks and some cookies. I was irritated and upset but her bright personality was so wonderful I couldn't help but get happy after she cleared everything up! Chick-fil-A has a star team member and the others could learn a thing or two from her service! Thank you Kenzie

I frequent this location and it lives up to the quality you'd expect from Chik-Fila. My only gripe is that there isn't an ability to circle around the building without having to get back on Westheimer.

I’m not one to leave reviews, especially for chain fast food restaurants but I’m just so impressed with the level of service this location offers! They literally made my day. I had gone to get breakfast here and when I got home I realized my order was wrong. I normally would just move on with my life but I called their location and the manager immediately picked up and took care of it! I picked up my replacement order this morning and there was even a little something special. They really treat their customers like humans and honestly they made my day! This is the only Chick Fil A I am going to from now on! Thank you guys!

Best customer service, warm and delicious food. Nice environment. I love to dine here.

This situation is always great. Great service and good food. And I love that they have the kinks for children. Most Chick-fil-A sites DON'T, and that can be frustrating to say the least. So I really appreciate the management of this place thinking about families with young children by ensuring that they offer these kinds of flexible straws.
