Beer Biryani And Kabab - Katy

Posting again for the 3rd time as promised to keep checking. Going on 3 years now, and as of today, they still have no answer, just keep getting my review deleted. I went here a few months after they opened. I appear white. 2 of us were the only white people in there. We were not greeted as others were, we got NO refills like everyone around us, and the man in a suit was walking around asking everyone how their evening was. He literally moved one of the chairs to get around us, skipping us, and going to the next table to ask them how they were. We understand really quick, we were not welcome. Our food was brought out after at least 3 other tables who parties had arrived after us.

We entered the restaurant and sat at a table. We waited and waited. Eventually, we walked over and asked for the menus. One of the servers strolled over and deposited our menus on the table. We looked it over and waited for someone to take our order. Nada. We walked over and asked if they would take our order. An hour into sitting there, they took the order. Another half hour later we asked where the food was. The server said Oh, it 's been ready for a while. We were one of 2 tables with customers. Dinner took over 2 hours. While the food was very good, the service was so horrible, it made dinner almost worthless.

I wanted to like my experience at this restaurant but the service was a really needs some attention in my view, they forgot my order of chapatis, they forgot our mango lasso. One of the waiters spent way too much time on the YouTube playlist on the TVs, we also waited for at least 20 minutes for two plates of chicken nuggets and fries. On a positive, The buffet was good though.

Pablo his crew are totally awesome because they care. Great hospitality and food for the money. He has excellent beer and liquor selection especially whiskey and bourbon!! Wow what a selection. Great buffett and regular menu items. He always aims to please.

Best place to have dinner. Especially best place for date. Love the bar!! They know how spicy or mild we want ? I liked biryani, veg kofta and garlic bread
