Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Lacenterra

Update. Alamo asked for my contact information so they can reach me. I received them from their website one week ago by e-mail and none of them heard. We love Alamo and always had a good experience. It wasn't good today. We have 30 minutes before our movie. Our waitress immediately showed up and took our drinks orders. We finally got our drinks 39 minutes later and she wasn't where to see them. Our whole series had our little lights on taking our food job. She finally showed up, took the entire line orders, while the film was about 15 minutes. We were all there before the movie started. We finally got our food in the last 20 minutes of the movie. (It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food) It seemed like our food was under the heating lamp for a while, one of our sandwiches was hard up and soggy on the bottom, the pizzas were not good, not sure what they were? Her crust used to be very good. Not so much today. We rushed to finish our meals. There's only 10 minutes to get you out of the theater. Not sure what happened today. Short staff? Just a few times our waitress. Order drinks, order food and take our credit card, do not fall our bill normally for Alamo. Hopefully only a bad day. Don't order pizza again, which is sad, it was so good.

You've been here for a few years. Very comfortable place, love the preorder of tickets and seating. Do you have food and drink service? and the food and drinks are always high quality, I would like to recommend there cookies, and their bottomless popcorn? but all their food is delicious, the pizzas, the chicken wings, the cauliflower Buffalo Biss yum yum ? The only thing that feels lightly tricky is when you begin to sit in your seat, sometimes you feel like in an airplane because the trays do not move, maybe this should be an option for when the movies begin.... I would also like to request the matcha smoothie with sesame cookie to return that the pairing was heavenly to bring it back??????? there is also a really good food you eat in the bar and they have an outdoor terrace for if you want to hang around afterwards or before the beginning of your future

Our first time in the theatre. The staff were great and the food was good. I think the theatre needs a refreshment. Example tables should slide closer to the person. We reserved 2 seats sold online in a row without seats at the time of reservation. Three people sat right next to us and the rest of the row was empty. It wasn't a good experience. We're staying with Cinemark and Star Kino.

This cinema is incredible, the servers were really kind and the food was good. Seats are really nice. I love the environment here and the staff is really kind.

Love this place for a movie and fun menu to enjoy as well. Love that they do not tolerating loud people during movies. Great place to enjoy a movie.
