Gasiinsamut Thai Fusion Restaurant

Excellent service, delightful food. I would definitely recommend this place! Our party of 5 struggled to find a reservation in Katoomba, but this restaurant was able to accommodate us without any issues. They are the only Thai restaurant in Katoomba that stays open until 10pm. The soft shell crab with basil sauce was absolutely delicious! The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, suggesting the mango sticky rice dessert which was beautifully presented. Be sure to check them out!

Do not judge a restaurant by its appearance! This hidden gem has traditional Thai decor and offers incredible food with excellent service. We loved the banquet for two, featuring dishes like red curry with beef and laksa with duck. The attached picture shows the delicious laksa.

We ordered the basil fried rice with prawns and the seafood tom yum soup. Both dishes were incredibly tasty!

This place is an absolute gem! We ordered a variety from the menu, and all the food waa great! The staff was great and courteous and the chef was sooo amazing to us! Highly recommend this place!
