Amazing place, great food! This place never disappoints! My personal favorite is Thier legendary Mutton biryanis

The ambience and food were good but the waiter was really disgraceful and hospitality was horrible, this place needs to work on employing more hospitable people and giving them training as to how to treat their customer with respect.

They treated us as if we were there for a free meal just because we were trying to cash a prepaid cash voucher provided by my office and told us that we needed to tell them beforehand that we were there with a voucher. That shows how biased service they provide since as soon as we showed them the voucher the staffs showed their true colours and started behaving disrespectfully. At that point we were totally willing to pay up in cash and return because of how uncomfortable they made us feel. They made us wait in confusion for a long time before finally accepting our voucher totally ruining our evening and made us feel as if they were doing us a favor by cashing the voucher even though we paid an amount way greater than the voucher was for. We stayed only because we didn’t want to return back again to this place to use the voucher again. Worst service staffs ever. Regarding the pricing, they charged Rs 236 for a bottle of water and that wasn’t even mineral water and we had to wait a long time to get our food and the fries that they brought was already cold when it reached our table.

Worst place I have been to for lunch. it took 30 minutes for my order and still they said, the food will be ready shortly, so I had to leave without lunch cause I was late for an appointment. Plus, the service was also very bad. worst hospitality I have experienced in Kathmandu.

I mean, where do I start? The ambience is wonderful, the food is delicious and the service is top notch. I'm here 4-5 times and they have to disappoint me. Delicious food and super round. Would definitely recommend.
