You STILL do not open the lobby, even if any other firehouse has in the area, so it is very aggravating to do an online order because instead of just going and grab your order need You now wait 10-15 minutes in the line in the drive thru completely defeat the purpose of an order before system. Staff constantly make order mistakes if there are enough staff for them to keep the shop open as they should. Between this business and that on Russell the district manager should be embarrassed.
