A couple of pawns from relatively distant ends of the Mediterranean, she Spaniard and Chef in the Gaststube, he Greek and Chef in the kitchen, and an Italian name. At noon the third was surprisingly little, despite a relatively inexpensive lunch ticket (7,90 8,90 €). One had even thought to open only in the evening, because then the money is earned, but thank God was decided against it. The main card is impressive, but is also available completely in the evening. The tapas and orectic plates do not exist at noon, for example, what you might better identify. If it can be done in any way, the boss likes to go to the wishes of the guests, and in addition there is sometimes something in the kitchen that is not on the map. Today we had a better sense. On a table on the wall there were a number of interesting appetizers to read; at Black Tigers (12,90€), who had probably sneaked out of their homeland into the Mediterranean, our lustful eyes were hanging. They were grilled in the bowl, lying on a salad bed and refined with a discreet lemon and olive oil marinade that did not dominate the aroma of the shrimp, but only underlined. Eating with decency was not a debate, so the bowl was “marinated”, so first a **** day and then pellen with the fingers. The boss saw it with pleasure and said we should feel at home. Before and after that, hand washing was recommended. We stayed with the fish. On the list of what was not on the map, there was also a pretty wolf bass, randomly one of my wife's favorite fish. He came to the grill for just as long as he did well. He appeared with the already mentioned Mediterranean vegetables and beautifully tanned rosemary apples. My wife, who, if you don't say anything, is a knowing to not say a sneaky smile and with her opinion doesn't hold behind the mountain, was strikingly silent. In the end, she just meant that you can't do it better. At €25.90 he was decent, but still paid within the framework. Monopus I ordered the grilled octopus from the map (19,90€ , a pretty, delicate arm (or foot to be exact, resting on the same side as the Wolfsbarsch. I just had to have it back after I remembered him last time. That all three animals were served with the same mild marinade, we felt not as imaginative, but, as I said, as an appropriate means of highlighting the delicate taste of the flesh. And this is the measure of all spicing – on a good steak, you just crumb a bit of salt. Finally, in order to round off the experience, the obligatory ball concisely teased lemon sorbet for the lady and an espresso for the Lord. And every time we're back home, I remember asking how it came to the Italian name. The two are extremely nice and talkative and would surely betray it. In other words, we have to go back.
Update 05.02.2016: Red wine sauce on salad toppt everything! Did I mention the appetizers?? 8-star performance outside: here unfortunately the kidnapping, because you are because you are over? Unfortunately, you will rarely come to Karlsruhe to exhaust the whole map appropriately; but work on it and can only recommend to anyone to do this!

For so much warm hospitality and passionate cuisine, I also want to award more stars. The visit to the Terra Mare is a pleasure and the aromatic foods awaken with me a long way to the sun and the sea. I want to enjoy this more often and so I will come back soon!
Ambience, excellent cuisine and kindness are 100%. again
