Kaiseki - Karlsruhe

We were three spontaneously in Kaiseki today. We were asked if we had reserved ourselves, which was of course not the case. Since we have not yet known the restaurant, we have not yet been aware of a reservation. Nevertheless, the very friendly and accommodating service offered us a place at a table for which the reservation was planned for the later evening. We were very happy about it. The ambience and the menu alone, even the sanitary rooms were very stylish and these were very clean. They felt comfortable right away. The ordered food came to us quickly and was a poem. Even if the dishes weren't big, they did enough. The quality of the ingredients was perfect. Kaiseki convinced us and we look forward to coming back.

Servus together, I've been to sushi food in Kaiseki every Friday for two years. The quality of the sushi cannot be exceeded in Karlsruhe. Tasteful world class. Have eaten some sushi, but so high quality sushi is just here. Look forward to the next visit today. Eike

Very authentic and cozy restaurant with fantastic food. We like to come back.

I have pre-ordered a vegan plate for my partner and me a day before booking, which really worked great. I was also very competently advised on the size, selection and costs. The best thing was the sushi itself. You almost have to say a true work of art. Sushi with flowers, ocraschotes, purple algae and sweet potatoes, for example, has never been served. And the taste was really fantastic. I will definitely come back.
