The location is only thing that could be worth visiting here. Or may be like me who was cold after a rainy day and wanted to sit and have a warm beverage in a seemingly busy and upscale place. The prices are comparable with upscale place but unfortunately the service or the food were absolutely not. They don't have oat milk or soy milk or any other lactose free alternative to normal milk. Perfect to have a bite to eat in a nice location. Also incredibly lovely staff!

Location is the only thing that’s good about this place; it’s inside the castle garden so once you’re tired of all the walking and all the stairs, it’s nice to sit and have some food but the staff is awful. They were making fun of people/their orders, terrible attitude. I ordered schnitzel which came with fries and they asked if I wanted mayo or ketchup, I only later found out that there was an extra charge for the condiment. All the reviews are right! Don’t waste your money or time here. Go anywhere else! It’s overpriced and the staff is miserable!

Overpriced, not attentive service, rude staff — after I paid and the staff run towards my wife that she has to pay, shouting at her, awful. Typical tourist trap, avoid if you can. Several other options nearby far better than this nonsense.
