Rosati Bistro - Karachi

I sat in this terrible restaurant. The staff is rude, especially the waiter, and their service is slow and unprofessional. The way they handle the food and shisha is disappointing, and if you try to give them feedback, they do not take it well.

The customer service was extremely poor, with staff members being very arrogant. Despite being a regular customer, they did not even turn on the fan for me. The shisha was terrible and had to be replaced multiple times. Charging high prices for such subpar service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We had reserved a hi-tea party of people at Rosati Bistro, and we are completely satisfied with their service. The food tasted good and servings were ample unlike other eateries where dishes gone empty way before time. The staff was alert and cooperative. Unlike most of the reviews on this page we had a great experience and would totally recommend this place for family gatherings.

The atmosphere is fantastic, complemented by delicious food and top-notch service.

I would like to ask the Commission to examine this and I hope that the Commission will have to do so with the report by Mr de clercq and the report by Mr de clercq.
