The bread was fresh and veggies were fresh. The serving area and tables were clean and the staff was nice.

This is the only Subway restaurant in Kapuskasing with few other dining options nearby. The staff here often forget to include the necessary toppings in their sandwiches and wraps, which is disappointing. Additionally, they do not display the quantity of dressings in their salad options. The service is also not up to par. If there are other dining options available in the city, I would recommend trying those first. Other restaurants I have visited have been more consistent in their food preparation and portion sizes. The ingredient listings and serving sizes should be clearly visible. I will be reaching out to management regarding these concerns.

The food tastes good, similar to Subway, but the staff behind the counter could improve their customer service by offering a smile. A warm greeting goes a long way. Smiling is like an appetizer. The female employees are much friendlier and welcoming. The restaurant is generally clean and the food is fresh.
