Pizza Hut - Kapolei

My husband had ordered pizza for dinner so I wouldn't have to cook after work. And we thought he ordered it for the delivery. We waited and waited. He went to work and pizza wasn't here yet. So I tried to call the pizza shop and couldn't get through. So I take my kids and pick up our pizza for two hours and we haven't heard anything. No app notification etc. As it turned out, my husband was appointed for the execution and obviously it was our fault. So I just went to the store and mentioned that I was here to pick up an order and the very nice man goes ohh jaa we tried to call you my husband at work. I'm very embarrassing answer Oh yes he apparently met performing verses delivery. And omgosh OUT OF NO, where he offered to get our pizzas back!!!!!!! My son was so happy! He loves Pizzahütte Pizza. Great customer service. I didn't expect that because it was our fault that we didn't pay attention to the app, but they made dinner so much better! Thank you for this great service!!! Thank you very much!!! Our pizzas were delicious!!!!

I accidentally ordered from the wrong place. It included free cinnamon sticks as a birthday present. However, the Kapolei rep. Marisa(sp? has taken care of the problem and communicated to the Kaneohe Store to receive the free cinnamon sticks. When I came to the Kaneohe store, the pizza and cinnamon sticks were ready to go and very tasty!
