Campo Vegetarian Shū Shí Gǔ Bā Sān Míng Zhì

To ensure I wouldn't be disappointed, I placed a pre-order for a teriyaki pork sandwich through an online platform before I finished my shift driving a bus in a loop. Despite the restaurant not being conveniently located near a subway station, the owner was very friendly and appreciative of my early order. I arrived a bit earlier than expected, but didn't mind waiting for a freshly made sandwich. However, I was disappointed to find that my sandwich was missing the requested cheese. Without it, the sandwich didn't quite resemble a traditional Cubano and the portion size was too small to be considered a full meal. I believe the experience would greatly improve if they started offering a good vegan cheese option. I appreciate that they are trying to offer something unique, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The owner was very friendly and informed me that she would appreciate my order about five minutes before Google Maps predicted my arrival. Without the cheese, the sandwich was not quite like a Cubano. It was also too small to be considered a full meal. I believe the experience would be improved with the addition of good vegan cheese. I appreciate their effort to offer something unique, but there is definitely room for improvement.
