Ben’s Duck - Kao-hsiung

Very nice combination, this is one of the best street food in kaohsiung.

The way they prepare the duck is very special compared to what I eat in Singapore. I guess it is boiled in water, they offer a sweet sauce, but I prefer to have it original. The soup is filled with duck organs for those who like it and I also ordered the seasonal vegetables cooked with light soy sauce. I personally prefer foods that are lighter in taste, which is why I like the way they have prepared it, the soup is rich in taste.

It is very popular since the Mayor love this restaurant, it clean and with beautiful eating, at which it is really crowded

Cheaper, simple, tasty dish with braided pork. many local customers.

I had a Duck rice 鴨肉飯）, mug bean noodle with dug soup 湯鴨肉冬粉） and some vegi here. All of these items taste really good, you can taste the rich flavor of the duck in your mouth. Nice to try.
