Always tasty and a great date night! Staff is friendly and food is generous portions! I always have lunch the next day

The food was okay the burnt ends were not burnt but still okay becides the pieces that were almost entirely fat. It was busy when we arrived but the service was fast. We are and got a root beer float, the waiter came over and cleared the table and dropped off the check. When he came back for the check he also took the root beer which was 3/4ths empty. Would absolutely recommend! Some of the best bbq in town. I wasn't very impressed with the fried Mac n cheese, but everything else was 5 star!

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is some of the worst BBQ I've ever had. I ordered brisket, pork belly and chicken breast. They must use a dehydrator to cook their meat because all three were bone dry. The chicken was inedible, the pork belly had ok flavor but took 5 minutes of chewing to swallow, and the brisket was so dry I might as well have ordered jerky — I would have preferred it. ABSOLUTELY one of my favorite places to eat in Lawrence. The owners are lovely people and always have great staff. Best deal on draft Shiner Bock in town and I suggest the Pulled Pork Nachos off the appetizer menu, but ask them to swap in their Fries in place of chips. Holy moly! I make myself miserable everytime I order it.
