Arby's - Kansas

My daughter and I stopped for lunch after an appointment. Very friendly staff. Food was hot and delicious. Small error in our turnovers but they were still yummy!!

Come in and meat the new Arby's, the sign said. Sure! Ok. Seems they forgot to update the point of sale system. Left empty handed because the system kept crashing each time they tried running credit cards. Which is probably for the best. They had my food bagged but then the drive thru person came over and took the sandwich out of the bag. Which left the fries on the counter getting cold while they waited for a new sandwich.

It was clean, with nice people, and the orders were correct. It’s a standard of what to expect at an Arby’s/fast food. I only give five stars if there’s something good that stands out.

Love love love turkey bacon ranch market sandwich would highly recommend can hold its own against any reassurance and fine deli!

The crinkle fries were shriveled, dry, and as crunchy as a dead twig. The forgot the fried pie I ordered. Why didn't I go back or call? Because I had a job to get to. I'll probably eat here again sometime. I'll edit my review if it's any better next time.
