The breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Our server was so nice!!!! and even though we we’re almost like 30 min late because of finding parking but we called ahead to let them know and we still got in immediately!! ?? The food was soooo good!!! And we both had their house cold brew which was DELICIOUS!!!!! 10/10 recommend visiting if you’re in KC!!Vegetarian options: Pancakes!!!!!

The parking options are horrible, be sure to go at least an hour before really wanting to go eat,to find parking

Amazing brunch today at farmhouse kc!! This was my first time coming here, but I had heard of them through kc farm school in the past. I love farm to table restaurants for so many reasons, but above all the flavors! We arrived without a reservation at 10 am on a Sunday and I felt a little nervous we would not be able to wait for a table with my 3 year old son in tow. They quoted us 30-45 minutes for a table of 4 and I added our names to the waitlist, which was over text so we could explore the area. Several other coffee and brunch places were nearby so we checked out another coffee spot while deciding if we might go somewhere else. 20 minutes later we got a text saying our table was ready so I was eager to head back since this place has been on my bucket list!The service was 10/10. We had a great waitress who was very friendly and helpful about ordering. The pictures of their specials on Instagram is what made me come in, but wow their flavors are just as good as the pictures. I got the barbacoa chimichanga. The waitress described it as a “deep fried burrito,” which made me cautious it may be too greasy for me. However, all of the ingredients looked amazing and I went with my gut and ordered it. So thankful I got it! The presentation was just as beautiful as the photos. I cannot understand how they made the shell so crispy but not greasy. The meat was perfectly cooked, well marinated, and everything on the plate added to the flavors, whether the small bit of cilantro or greens on the side. Probably the best brunch I have had in a long time and definitely worth going out with a 3 year old (a risky endeavor in my opinion)! The food came out so fast considering the restaurant was fully seated which tells me that they are pacing the seating well and have a good system in place, not to mention an efficient kitchen! French press coffee was also great. Everyone finished their plates but my 3 year old and I ate half the chimichanga because it was truly filling. Can’t wait to go back to farmhouse kc!!! Thanks for a great experience.
