Just ordered online and noticed I needed to remove something and I tried calling over 10x and no answer I am allergic to certain things and that?s what I needed removed I have ordered pickup multiple times it?s good service but no phone call was answeredtoday

Guy was on the phone the whole time in his headphones and i had to read his mind on whether he was talking to me or not and i had to instruct him on what goes on one of the premade sandwiches they have on the menu. My moms salad was made wrong and hemicrowaved her salad cheese with the meat so it was a blob

On October 4th, 2022 I got there about 10 minutes before closing time and was told that the store was closing while there were other customers inside.

When someone orders a meal deal, and you ask What size drink do you want? and you are told I just want what the meal deal comes with , that means they want the meal deal at the posted meal deal price. Don 't give them a more expensive drink and thenact coy about it. Really bad customer service. Food was prepared well, store was clean, but that one issue is enough for a 2star

Called for the branch managers number and was hung up on. Whatvis wrong with subways unprofessional employees? This location and the barry rd location are unacceptable.
