Order paid online before they check in when they arrive. partial food order brought missing fried pickel (the honest of the main reason, I would eat here 2) said they were asked out what I wanted, in exchange then the chicken strip combo had no wobble ring and diving sauce from any kind of let alone the specially ordered finished waiting additional 20-25 minutes for wobble ring replacement side to be cooked. then the drink order was only 1 of 2 so asked for the drink ordered paid for w/combo option, if it was brought out hc fruit stamp instead of big red soda so it had to return. this was at the end of time on my way back to home through an unknown location in the night, so nothing could back bc certainly the $16 worth the drinks were just consumption material (the 1 was free from rewards promo on app) when I was finally at home, it was shed to eat, was even more moved frit fat I assume what the problem was bc all dark lessons!
Over 12 times, nobody answered the phone. they have not put the tickets into the 12 dollar meal. once a worker wants to charge me 19.00 for four mozzarella sticks, no thanks. These employees will always work for less because they don't know how to answer the phone. I went back to ask about the cettes and the hired said they couldn't do that. they will ensure that everything is from now on in the mealtimes; I took care of it.
At that time was ordered to pay and was said that the prices were increased and it was not shown that on the signs and they did not say that when they ordered. eating was good, but the tactics they used were wrong.
Always have an issue. One time placed an online order, no one came to check on us, we waited 40 minutes and had to call. Second time, show up at 10:40, they don 't answer or try to take our order, I go to press the button again and they answer at 11:05, claiming they 're not doing ice cream. They say one sec then proceed to say they 're not taking orders due to long wait time being 30 minutes. I ask what time they close, say thought they closed at 12. Girl claims they close at 11:30. Terrible service all around.
