Genessee Royale Bistro - Kansas City

Small menu with big offerings. We ordered chicken and waffles. It was served with chopped sweet potato and bacon. The chicken was tender and fresh. I also loved the casual ecclectic atmosphere and decor. We had a nice conversation with one of the waitresses after our meal. The portion was small but it was enough. I will definitely go back.

Fabulous food and service. Food is unique and special. Everyone cares about giving a great eating experience. Try the bacon **** mary and chill cheese tots.

The wait staff could use a little more training but the food was on point

We had quite a wait on our hands, but that's Sunday brunch almost anywhere in KC. It was worth the wait, as we were given an excellent table for our party of 5 and enjoyed delicious meals, every single one of us. I had the Chicken biscuit, so good! All 5 of us ordered something different and we all loved our food. Service was good for how busy they were. I look forward to visiting again.
