The lack of leadership at this store results in poor customer service. When ordering through DoorDash, my order is often inaccurate, missing items, or has extra items I did not request. The line is always long inside the store and the manager is rarely seen helping the staff or keeping up with demand. The employees are blamed for any issues, while the leaders make excuses for the subpar food and service. Requesting fresh meat is met with resistance, and the lack of preparation and enthusiasm from the staff is evident, particularly with items like rice and guacamole. Customers are frequently dissatisfied due to the lack of effort from the staff. This store needs dedicated employees who can step up in the absence of managers and take accountability for the food quality. Being understaffed should not result in poor-quality food. Local, authentic Mexican restaurants offer better quality options and a more inviting atmosphere. The declining standards and increasing prices at Chipotle are alarming, especially without any improvement in service or food quality. It is time for Chipotle to reassess their hiring process and provide better training for their staff before it is too late. Furthermore, with the rising cost of food, staff should receive fair wages for their work.
The rice was undercooked, but everything else at the restaurant was fantastic. They were also out of white rice, so I had to settle for brown rice when placing my order.
