Buffalo Wild Wings - Kansas City

Here with some friends after a football game, eating was good and not long wait. the only bad thing was the service. I ordered the all american burger and got the entrance for what my friend ordered, the cheese curd beacon. I told our waitress that I had the wrong reception and she said it was the same order so it didn't play a role. So the price came to $14.51 and I paid with a $20 bill. I just walked $5 back into the walk and when I asked if she had my 49 cent, she was annoyed and didn't say looking around with her when I only asked for my change. she stormed and came back and put a dollar on my table and said, "Because you're so broken, there's a dollar here." I get his 49 cents and it's not a big thing, but it's just the principle of it. if she would tell me that she would not have had enough change or something I would have had with him, but to suspect that I do not want my right change and that I am insulting is rude. I had every intention to tap. Why is she talking to me about breaking at buffalo wild wings? service was terrible, would never visit again.

I had to kill half an hour so I stopped for a snack. I sat on the bar and was quickly greeted with a smiling face. I just wanted 10 buffalo wings and ice water. when I added a 20% tip, it cost me over $18 for 10 wings that didn't even come with celery, carrot sticks or fries. while I got exactly what I wanted and they were pretty good, I realized I had a whole dinner for what this appetizer costs.

The food was fantastic the waiter was super nice and really informative. He kept are drinks refilled and was super nice. He was pretty busy to and I felt he was super attentive. Not a long wait on the food really fast services for a Friday evening.

The kid had never been to BWW, so we went for dinner and will never be going back. I will preface with the fact that we KNOW staffing is an issue everywhere; No one has help. We got seated quickly, but it took 12 minutes for someone to come to our table so we could order drinks. For anyone with smaller children, you know this feels like an eternity however, we did have time to figure out what we were ordering. The kid wanted wings because “when in Rome” but these wings were cold (as was most of the other food we had gotten). I ordered a sandwich and it came out wrong so I did something I hate doing and sent it back. Got the right sandwich back and it.was.RAW! Sent it back again and felt like an a-hole doing it, but raw chicken is just…NO! Now, they did give us a 10 dollar coupon to use for a future visit…that will never happen.
