I recently celebrated my birthday at BRGR and had a fantastic experience. James provided excellent service to our group. The Steakhouse Burger was absolutely delicious. My wife tried the Texas Chili Burger, although the chili did not quite resemble Texas chili, she still enjoyed the burger. Although the current version of the Mac burger was not as memorable as it was 10 years ago, we still had a great celebration overall.

Amazing burger and awesome service. Wanted something simple for dinner, so went to check this place out. Nothing simple about the burger options. Just many choices and most somewhat unique. With much to choose from, this is where our OUTSTANDING server (Emalea) stepped in. She helped us navigate the menu, provided suggestions, and shared some laughter making the whole experience even better. Her suggestions were spot on and her engagement was special. Heck, she even walked us out when we were done. Definitely would recommend.

The service was friendly but a little slow in getting our drinks, water refills, food, and especially the check (which I had to chase down). The flavor of the food was good, reasonable price for the location.

The food here was good but a bit on the pricey side compared to what other options are around it. Sandwiches don't come with a side, so if you want something like fries or tater tots it'll cost ~4-5$ extra. The staff was really friendly and did a great job.

Stopped here on the way out of town and we were very pleased. Food was delicious, we got pickle fries, deviled eggs, cobb salad, steakhouse burger (one of my favorite burgers i’ve had) and the funky chicken. Desi wrapped up the whole experience with amazing service. She made sure we had everything we needed while carrying on conversations with us. Definitely recommend and ask for Desi if you can!
