Applebee's Grill - Kansas City

I came here with my mother and my friend and I got what was always called as an appetizer sampler, but it now has another name, but still the same meal and still very good. I also love that desserts three times the chocolate melt. I'm never disappointed. I love chocolate and it is and was as good as ever when I get it. our waitress was very friendly and well maintained.

Although this location seems to have a hard time keeping personal. they were good to fix mistakes and treat us well if there are no extreme personal problems. we ordered cheeses during our last visit they came back to our table to inform us that they were outside. we ordered mozzarella sticks instead. we have still accused for the cheese bits that cost more. we only noticed it after payment, so we asked the waiter whether we could refund this amount. they offered to give us a discount next time, and they took our name. Today we came in to redeem this discount, but our name was not on the list. they gave us the discount that was much more than expected $20.) I let them know that there was only a small mistake, so there was no need for so much discount, but they gave it to us anyway. Although there were some mistakes and misunderstandings, they had integrity and went out of their way to make the dinge right.

The best restaurant experience we had in a long time. the man who greeted us was super friendly and our waitress was amazing. that was all fresh and wonderful. really a great experience.

We had a wonderful time. The service was great and the food was delicious. The waitress who served us did an excellent job. Can't wait to dine in again

Usually have decent food from here. Not today. A party of 4 and all disliked something about our food. Our server was super good, 5 stars for her. Sorry I can't remember her name. Next visit it might be better.
