So i have been eating here since last month bcz of late shifts and alot of patient load i had no time to eat in mess I have DIARRHOEA, VOMITING and diagnosed with TYPHOID With Both strains positive. I cant stop crying, i paid that huge bill to get infected. I wake up just now its 3 am and im vomiting, nothing i eat is getting digested. I have severe abdominal pain. PLZ I BEG YOU DO NOT EAT HERE
The food was delicious and the staff's service was very appreciable.
Had a lot of expectations from the place since we had taken feedbacks from our mates before deciding to explore the restaurant. Some dishes (specially veg dishes like dahi kebab, honey chilli potato) were good. But fish finger, chicken manchow soup were not good at all. We didn't get any option for ice cream even. Chicken main course gravy items (chicken Manchurian chicken rara) were also not well prepared. Lastly pineapple raita was good. Chicken lollipop quality can be improved too. Some dishes were too expensive. The staff behaviour was good though.
NH91: Terrible Service and Unprofessional Staff Rating: Review: I recently had the unfortunate experience of hosting an event at NH91, and I must say that it was an absolute disappointment. The service provided by the hotel was nothing short of pathetic. Firstly, the air conditioning in the venue was not functioning properly. This was a major issue, as it made the entire event extremely uncomfortable for all attendees. Despite notifying the staff about the problem, no immediate action was taken to rectify the situation. It was incredibly frustrating to see such negligence from the hotel management. Moreover, the behavior of the staff and the hotel owner was completely unacceptable. They displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy towards guests. Their indifferent attitude and dismissive responses to our concerns only added to our frustration. It is disheartening to see such disrespectful behavior from a hotel that claims to provide quality service. In addition to the AC issues and the unprofessional staff, the overall cleanliness of the premises was also subpar. The lack of maintenance was evident in various areas of the hotel, further contributing to our unpleasant experience. Based on my encounter with NH91, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay or event. The combination of malfunctioning air conditioning, unprofessional staff, and poor maintenance makes it evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I hope that the management of NH91 takes this review seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. However, until significant changes are made, I would strongly advise against considering this hotel for any event or accommodation needs.
