Kfc - Kannapolis

Drive thru was super fast and the food was made fresh.

Tonight 8.2021 a.m. before 8:30 p.m. I pierced the drive. The lady who took my order seemed to hurry with my order and didn't let me decide what I want. As soon as I got to the window, she just sat in her seat and could say she didn't want to be there. She sees I'm paying a card she gets the card reader and keeps it out. When I go to my card in her, the thing shakes on me and tells me I have to hold it. Me too. Overall, she had the worst attitude and I did not enjoy my experience there. I would like to point out that I was previously satisfied with the workers, because they were very friendly and seem to enjoy their job. But the older lady, today on the 8th. October the drive thru worked, needs more training for customer service.

Great food and personal. the restaurant was also very clean.

Chicken sandwich was on point. Super hot and fresh. Well done KFC
