Chocoloco - Kandy

This shop in Kandy is one of the top places to find a variety of products. They have an excellent collection of chocolates, sweets, snacks, and spreads. During my visit to Kandy, I was delighted to discover a place where I could purchase everything I needed, just like in Colombo. The customer service was exceptional and I had a great experience shopping here.

I am not writing this review to boast about this store or myself. This place is perfect for satisfying all your chocolate cravings with a variety of delectable options. Most of the products available here are imported, resulting in higher prices that are justified due to heavy government taxes on confectionery items. This is a place where you should be willing to splurge, as it may not be affordable for the average citizen. Despite this, we are thankful for having a place like this to enjoy international products occasionally, as there are not many options for foreign chocolates nearby. However, the customer service could be improved, as the checkout counter attendant seemed grumpy and moody during our visit. Payments can be made with cash, card, or QR code, although the QR payment option was unavailable during our purchase.

All varieties of cereal, chocolate, quality dates and nuts. You get some fancy can juices and soft drinks. Very good service by the staff.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of branded chocolates at reasonable prices, with occasional buy one get one offers. The staff is extremely friendly and shopping here is super comfortable. It's the best of the best - I love everything about this place!!
