Great place for breakfast. Many choices, good prices, great coffee . Right in the center of the city, lots of local color and just a relaxing way to break quickly, have a coffee relax.

I ate here for breakfast and a dinner and both times service is pretty slow. Breakfast I was given less change so had to tell her to give me the correct money. And especially dinner I ordered grilled fish and garlic bread and said please bring at same time. Well the garlic bread then came and he came back to ask what the other item I ordered was and I showed the fish. I didn't bother telling him I wanted both same time as I just won't go back there if I go back to Kampot. Also to get another drink it took 15 mins of waiting. Then to pay that bill he had to check again what I ordered...no system here. Go next door either side to better restaurants! The food was ok at least and cheap.
