White Spot Lounge - Kamloops

I ordered fish and chips for take out. The food was plentiful and delicious. Service was excellent, they even offered a drink while I waited. Will definitely be back.

I picked up a take-out meal for a friend this evening. I asked for the spaghetti bolognese but WITHOUT the spinach. My waitress, Morgan, went back to the kitchen to check if this was possible. She came back within minutes to assure me this was OK. She went right back to the kitchen to put in my order. It was all packaged up within a short time, I paid (with a tip) and was on my way. When my friend opened the meal, there was spinach!!!! I have tried to reach the restaurant by phone. The number listed on the website DOES NOT work. I tried using the phone number on the sales receipt. It doesn't work either!!! Thanks White Spot. I paid for a meal someone cannot eat!!!

Worst meal of my life will never go back.very expensive and the kids ended up with a very crappy meal.

We ordered takeout for 4. Everything perfectly prepared and delicious! Thanks for getting everything right and having our order hot and ready right on time!

My friend and I dropped in for lunch on Thursday so nice and clean staff was well groomed and welcoming. Quickly they directed us to a booth menus provided a wide selection of items and we shared a delicious flatbread with mushroom, gruyere, arugula and caramelized onion and deep fried squid with a yogurt sauce plus 2 yummy desserts. Sevice was perfect and staff delightful! Thank you for making this 'girls ' lunch ' special!
