Bidrage med feedbackWe had the most delightful experience at Tim Hortons on Monday, August 7th, in Kamloops, all thanks to one exceptional employee. I feel bad but we forgot her name, but she was the night supervisor. Their dedication to customer service truly stood out. Despite getting ready to close in less than an hour, this employee remained composed, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. They took the time to ensure my order was accurate and went the extra mile to make sure I had a comfortable and pleasant experience. Their genuine smile and willingness to help created an atmosphere of warmth that made my evening truly memorable. Kudos to this amazing Tim Hortons team member for going above and beyond!
Asked for a bacon egg muffin with no cheese. They forgot the bacon. They actually asked me if I wanted my bacon on the side.. At this point I was frustrated so I said sure. They actually forgot my order i had to remind them. I only noticed once they were serving food to the people that were in the line behind me. There was also a customer leaning on the counter where they hand people their food and stuff. And he was just taking up the whole counter, and they never even told him to move aside, so people could actually grab their orders. Plain Ignorance.
DOES NOT SERVE FOOD over 30 minutes before closing. Apparently staff are only paid until the time of closing (10pm). So they choose to clean up at least 35 minutes beforehand. So, for only a few donuts and coffee, this Tim Hortons does not serve as an active business for its complete hours of operations . Kudos to the owners for saving money, while neglecting what is an expected promise to be open and serving your menu until the closing time.
Stopped hear for a cool beverage while travelling from the coast. Service was quick efficient and our cold Timmy's ice coffee was very tasty. Men's bathroom had a very off smelling odour
I went to this location 3 times in the last three days. Every time there was a problem. Day 1 they charged me twice on my credit card for the order. Day 2 make the order wrong, didn’t follow the order request. Day 3 again didn’t gave me the order that I placed. Gave me wrong kind of bagel. I asked and paid for lettuce and tomato to my bagel, but of course they charged me for it but never added. It wasn’t busy at all, I was the only customer and still they can’t make the order right, this llocation specifically.
