Cat & Joe's Pig Rig - Kamloops

We have only tried their food twice, but we absolutely loved it. If we are in the vicinity of their food truck, it will definitely be our go-to choice.

Food was absolutely awesome they have a new restaurant at the Ramada Hotel called Burning Barrel Cookhouse. Breakfast I had this morning was absolutely awesome pancakes with homemade Jack Daniels syrup and pulled pork on top absolute killer breakfast. The other food that I've had here is terrific as well. Look forward to having tonight rack of ribs and everything else that comes with it should be awesome.

Always fresh ingredients and incredible service. Love Cat and Joes and the food truck culture they are fighting to bring to Kamloops. Delicious fresh ingredients that create outstanding food they are high among the best places to eat in Kamloops and well worth chasing down!

I had pulled pork tacos and they were perfection! My daughter had chocolate covered bacon strips for dessert and loved it.
