Burger King - Kamloops

The older lady that works the drive thru (she's been there for several years) she's gotta go! Rude, unfriendly, cuts you off when you're speaking, etc. Its so obvious that she doesn't enjoy working there anymore. So sad.

Went through the drive through and all are meals were cold , the lady that takes the orders needs to be more professional if you don't like your job lady you should quit

Went through the drive-through, and the lady sounded rude and just didn't want to be there. She shouldn't be working the window!

Dirty and extremely slow. Forgot things in my order, was cold, and hair in

Food service was slow with several customers waiting 10+ minutes for food. I ordered one of the new burgers with a sourdough bun. I did not receive this burger and when I inquired why, the staff said it was because they ran out of the correct bread. I wish I had known this when I ordered as I would have made a different choice. Some of the tables in the restaurant were broken and it was not very clean looking. I have had better experiences at other Burger Kings.
