A&W Restaurant - Kamloops

I used to enjoy the quality of food and good deals at this restaurant when I was on a budget. It was a great place to grab coffee with friends, but unfortunately they no longer allow smoking on the terrace. I am not a smoker myself, but it was nice to meet friends who did smoke and sit outside. They claim it is against the law, but I have seen other places that allow smoking on their terrace. It seems they simply did not want lower income individuals hanging around, but in my opinion, everyone deserves a nice place to enjoy themselves, even if it's just one or two people at a time.

I frequently visit this restaurant for lunch or a snack a few times a week with my senior friend. He enjoys the little chicken burger while I prefer the Teen burger. We both love the onion rings and the chubby chicken is a go-to choice for Friday nights.

The address here is wrong! It's on 3. Landsdowne, not Victoria Street as listed. Just to say. We had a lot of parking tonight. Terrace Seats for summer time. I thought the burger was very fresh tasting, very hot, very tasty. very good value. and the onion rings are always excellent. nothing is ' cheap' more, but I like the offer and the atmosphere and how it feels in my stomach compared to other fast food joints. 20 for 2 is very decent in these days.

Breakfast was a standard sandwich, but the hash brown was really good, one of the best fast food deep dried potatoes. Fresh and crisp, but still moist inside. I'm just gonna go back for the ash-brown.

The Place is clean and the food is as expected . If you are looking for a Quick Burger Joint this is as good as any. Big Bonus is that they have Bacon Eggs with toast coffee for $5.25, so it is a good alternative for breakfast in a hurry .
