The door staff lack enthusiasm, the service is subpar, and the waiters seem clueless. The food is disappointing, with dishes not living up to their descriptions. While the venue has great potential with the right management, it currently relies too heavily on its brand name. Visit for the ambiance and music, but look elsewhere for a satisfying meal.
The location of the restaurant is charming, but the quality of food and service is subpar. Not only did they get our orders wrong, but it also took them thirty minutes to even take our order. When the food did arrive, it came out relatively quickly, but some of us ordered black cod and received regular cod instead. Even the water was served in sealed containers.
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We reserved two cabanas for a friend's bachelorette party and the service was excellent. The staff took good care of us, the venue had a fantastic atmosphere and the customers were great. Considering what they offer, I found it to be very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it if you are a group of friends visiting the area.
Amazing evening here sipping cocktails and tucking into lovely seafood. I’d go back in a heartbeat. The music was also super chilled and the whole experience was a highlight of our holiday.
We came here twice, once in the evening for dinner and again during the day by the pool. The service at dinner was poor as the mains and starters all came out the same time. When I mentioned this to the waitress they took back the mains… and then brought it out later cold! We ordered pasta which was tasteless… maybe because it was cold! The next day by the pool we had a great experience. We ordered off the Japanese and Thai selections which were all great. The staff were all very attentive and friendly from the front desk to all the wait staff. EXCEPT the (Russian? bouncer who was completely unnecessarily rude. There was a queue to get in which we waited in for a while. I noticed that some people were jumping the queue so I approached the bouncer and waited for him to acknowledge me, which he did, and then politely asked him whether we needed to queue if we had a booking? To which he just looked at me and repeated the words “Hello.. Hello… Hello… Hello…” each time I repeated the question until I realised he was insinuating I was being rude because I didn’t greet him. So I then said, “hello, do we need to queue if we have a booking?” To which he motioned with his hands to come in. Totally unnecessary rude interaction with a customer which is the first encounter the customer experiences when arriving, making the rest of the staff having to work extra hard to turn the mood of the customer around.
