Food came to the table after 10 minutes. we had neither time to eat salad nor to drink a swallow wine. when we complained, we only got papal comments from the service. the plate on which the steak was served was not preheated so that the steak was cold after half. we had ordered 2 small salads, the 2nd teller was something and really something full. the service came immediately after us and said it had to charge 2€ for the second salat plate. our objection: but there is only one teller size on the buffet was treated with the following statement: on the buffet hanging pictures, how full a small/medium teller can be! the service should learn as soon as possible how to treat the guests, in good restaurants gets the gassed time to enjoy its appetizer and swallow a few before the main course is served. the time sequence should be coordinated by the service staff with its guests. if the service remains so bad, it is to see that the guests do not. in our well-known circle several bad crumbs. For the price class a bad service. zigzag and energetic. I felt really involuntary there. I have to say how big the childburger is compared to the normal burger, a zig-zag and freky answer the waitress. Excuse me if I like a smaller one, and I prefer to eat a smaller burger. I would have liked to say. the little burger did not exist, I really felt compelled to take the big, twice as expensive burger, just to eat a burger and you were told about the waitress, because the kitchen had it not and not. the end missing ingredients from the card or would be replaced by nothing. the steaks of my table neighbors were so small that they were grateful that I had eaten the rest of my teller. a good quality of the meat is great and important, but for the money I expect something to be told. also my burger meat was still raw at the bottom. In addition, I expect in such an expensive restaurant that the waiter, when he asks for drink money, also pays the table and I don't have to rent on the stage as in a mensa. all in all I will not go there anymore, I don't pay so much money to feel so involuntary to go to dinner.
It is a shame that only the bad experiences here are always commented on when they were. my partner and I eat in wellington and had a good impression overall. my steak was at the place I ordered, the supplements were sufficient, fresh and well seasoned, and also the garlic bread was very tasty and not drowned with flavor-enhanced butter. the staff was very friendly.
We were in this steakhouse yesterday. the filets are flat and large. a filet has to be round and high, as there is no size served at all, except you knock it wide! the meat quality was ok if there was no glued meat. the supplements are for the price called a sweat! the garlic bread for €1,50 was a baguette with garlic butter without taste or anything. the waiter made arrogant spruche that you want that so and nothing will change! Maybe you should send the cook and waiter times to try a garlic bread to block house, you could learn something! the arrogance of the staff on critique was so bad that we will invite this no second chance. you think you know everything and you don't need any more advice, so you can go bankrupt again!
