Nick Stef's Steakhouse

Vincent was a fantastic server. He timed all our courses well and was present but did not hover. The food was delicious. We enjoyed all the sides and really enjoyed the citrus burrata salad. I don't know if it is seasonal but if you see it on the menu, definitely order!

Food was average for a steakhouse of this caliber, nothing too spectacular. We ordered 2 Tomahawk Steaks medium but it came out medium rare, New York strip medium-well but it came medium and a hamburger. The New York strip with chimichurri was very tasty but the tomahawk was very very fatty and had barely any edible meat on it. The sides were also underwhelming except for the broccolini which was good. Otherwise the Mac and cheese, mushrooms, sweet potato fries and zucchini were bland and unimpressive. The worst part was our waiter sadly. I ordered an Espresso Notini which was in their zero proof menu and he brought me a regular one with alcohol. After a couple sips I asked him if it had alcohol and he said yes! So I asked him to switch it and he said they didn't make one with no alcohol and I had to literally point it out on their menu for him. Then he inputted our sides incorrectly so we had two of each order come out! We had to tell him to return the duplicates since he didn't notice . Lastly, he asked us if we wanted sparkling or still water and we said just still but he didn't tell us it was $10 a bottle and that still did not equal tap. When it was time for dessert we told him we didn't want any but if they had anything special for birthdays and he said “oh yes, I'll get you something!” He brought a small pana cotta — again, not telling us it was charged as he made it seem it was the usual little celebration desserts most restaurants offer. If we had known we were going to be charged we would have at least wanted to pick our own dessert. For the price, we expected so much more and are very very disappointed in this restaurant.

Fantastic service. Came in for a quick burger and a lemon drop. The medium rare burger was delicious. Quality cocktail too. Ambiance outside was perfect. Did I mention the service? Outstanding product!

We had a great time. Really great food. We had oysters, martinis, salad, sea bass, wagyu, asparagus, gratin potatoes and lemon meringue. Oh and a bottle of wine. Service was amazing. Definitely worth it.

We went to celebrate our anniversary. Everyone was very nice. We had a cocktail at the bar first and the bartender is great. Wine list has a lot of options. Great food, we love the Szechuan green beans, they are amazing, I want the recipe!
