Bidrage med feedbackA brilliant and accidental find. Wandering around Melrose one day and happened upon Fig Olive. Lovely, spacious restaurant. A menu that is both enticing and delectable. The prices are a bit high, but I can't imagine the cost of doing business in that location. So, for a sure bet, it is worth the money. Extremely comfortable chairs and served by an amazing staff. We stayed way too long, however, we will do that again ; Go eat and try sharing every dish. (once they reopen post Covid Enjoy.
The starters were fantastic. The service from the staff was lacking in attentiveness.
Good as always. A little expensive for what you get, but it’s LA. It’s the place to be seen, I guess. For us it’s about the food and drinks. Two of us shared the château Briand for $108, ummmmm not worth it IMHO. GOOD, but just not worth the money. We’ll stick to the regular menu next time.
I've been to Fig Olive in LA NY several times. Their restaurants are in beautiful spaces, but the food is always rather bland and uninspiring. The descriptions are so much better than the food is in reality. I expect better from a restaurant that isn't inexpensive. On the up side, I can usually get a same day reservation.
Perfect happy hour vibes. The service, ambiance and drinks were fantastic. I had the Champ de Fraises cocktail and it was splendid. The strawberries were incredibly fresh.
