Chiguacle Sabor Ancestral De Mexico

I visited the restaurant in January 2024. I was with a group of 7 people. The food was good and ambiance okay (music was too loud at first but we asked staff to turn the volume down a bit and they did). However, I got food poisoning that night. It was pretty bad. Luckily, none of my friends were impacted, so it must have been my vegan tacos. I wrote to management asking them to test their staff for COVID and generally ensure that this didn't happen again. It's been almost a week now and they haven't responded, despite it being a public health issue. I will never go back to Chiguacle. Plenty of other places to eat in DTLA.

The food was disgusting nothing had flavor the waitress didn’t even put our plate of food on our table she handed us the plate we asked first lemons and she brought them on a drink coaster

I was excited to visit this restaurant and drove 50 minutes to get there. I ordered a mango margarita and was delicious. I went to the restroom and was discussed when I saw so much trash through the hallways to the bathroom, to the kitchen, and the bathroom was also discussing. The floors were very dirty and I was there around 1:00pm I ordered the Mixiote de Borrego, to my surprise, it was very tasty. I don't think I'll be visiting this restaurant again.

It was alright, the tacos were sad, I had the deep fried shrimp taco and there was nothin in my taco just the shrimp. Husband had gobernador taco they were so flat and sad. Tip is included we paid $25 in tip and they barely showed up to ask if we needed anything. Tip should not be included!! Tips are optional!

Great Oaxacan food, fresh ceviche, service was great. Just have to pay for parking because can't park anywhere
