Great tasting coffee, with all 5 shots. Do not eat when I am drinking
I have been visiting Florence Coffee Co. in Kalispell for over a year and for the most part, have always enjoyed the coffees they make. For a while, I claimed that they were the best coffee stand in town because the drinks were so yummy and the service was so great. Unfortunately, over the last several months, the lady who usually helps me has become very impersonal and, at times, even seems downright rude. Everything she says now seems as though she has memorized a script and doesn 't care that I 'm a human who chooses their business every morning to spend my money at. Part of what makes a great coffee stand is being made to feel like a regular even if you 're visiting for the first time. For me, it has been over a year, and I 'm still asked if I want my coffee hot or cold. The flavor of the drinks seems to have changed as well, and this morning my coffee tasted burned. This wouldn 't be such a big deal to me if it hadn 't of been like that in the beginning, when the service was great, from the same lady. I know that life is difficult for many of us, so I understand that perhaps burnout is playing a role here. However, I think I will be finding a different coffee stand to visit for now and give Florence a little break. Maybe after a couple of months, it will go back to being great, like it was when I first started visiting.
Everything was fine, except the fact that i was double charged several times over at least thelast three months, we go there almost every weekend and only in the mornings, yet my card was charged twice, tried getting ahold of the email that the coffee lady gave us several times yet no response, and now I'm in a dispute with my bank because of all of this, plus we were told that your card readers were double charging and we aren't the only ones, and that they were getting a new card machine, i just want to be acknowleded, and not gas lighted Everytime we try to talk to the coffee stand, and then told to reach out to the Florence coffee contact the barista gave us, we have been loyal customers since you opened and it's been very stressful trying to get ahold of anyone that can actually help instead of I'm sorry the higher ups are dealing with the cards being double charged, and then doing what they tell us to do and then getting no response?? Everyone check your bank statements if you have been to Florence coffee in big fork Montana, sooner than later, my statements go back to at least the end of September that this has been happening!!!!??? Hope this at least will help other people, because if I haven't said anything to the big fork stand, they would not have told me even, it was only after i showed the barista my bank statement, that she told me, there card reader had been doing this, and that we weren't the only one's, ive tried everything else before having to leave this review, otherwise if anybody would have reached out to us from the emails we sent or any contact at all, this would have all been avoided! I'm sorry but other people need to know this is happening and was going on, and it seems like no one is doing anything about it, at least not with us, pretty disappointing after supporting them from when they first opened, we won't be supporting Florence in big fork or any other Florence coffee stands anymore unless something is taken care of and this is fixed!!! I also recommend others to do the same or at least check your Bank statements from September to December, hopfully this will help others that are dealing with this too!!!
