Pizza Hut - Kalamazoo

I recently dined at Pizza Hut Wings Street located on West Main (M-43) in Kalamazoo. The interior of the restaurant was stylish and spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable dining experience. The food was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I will definitely be returning in the future.

When I moved to kalamazoo, I was a fan of pizza hat. after eating in this, not so much my wife and I decided to give it another try.

So I ordered for the execution. I ordered one of the two pizzas without pizza sauce. they were very friendly and gave us the incorrect pizza free.

So good pizza and they are fast! we ordered an online special and it was the best pizza we had from any pizza hat. good cheese and toppings and that.

There was said there was no command for the name. even the phone number checked. we thought it was our fault. we drive 7 miles to the next pizza hut. we come to the other and were told the same. then I'll check the confirmation that I doubled at my end. it said it was this pizza hat, the first we visited. I called them and they say we have the job here, ready to be picked up they didn't apologize for their mistake on the phone. already annoyed because they have made us drive an additional 10-15 miles for a mistake at the end. go back to the pizza hut, tell them the situation, they say nothing about it. they don't apologize. they give us the reception to sign, then the pizza. that's it. what a scandal for customer service? at least what you could do is apologise. you had two options and have no time. at a thema that was 100% on her. Second: zero compensation? No 20% discounted for her stressful, no free broth sticks, no good for something in the future. extremely disappointed and hope that the different management corrects this because it does not make its job.
