Le Flore - Kairouan

The restaurant is located at the entrance / next to kairouán. It is the typical huge restaurant where all buses loaded with tourists like us stop. . the dining room was a gigantic living room full of elongated tables with capacity for 6 diners each. Since we were on an organized tour, the menu was already preset, I observed that it was for all groups the same, and of course none of the other world, although we ate them worse in other places. It consisted of the following: first, a kind of spring roll a brick paste full of vegetables, fried, second the chicken breast open to the dish, with ornament of cooked vegetables and a bowl of rice, and then a typical dessert of kairouan called makroud, extremely sweet cakes made of semola and pasta dates. the dessert wine accompanied by a tea to the place of the mint where they gave us the equivalent of a coffee after eating. the service was very fast, as when the menu and not of the people previously reserved, they had everything prepared and the waiters did not stop taking dishes and more dishes from the kitchen at vertigo speeds. The truth is that from the roads where we stopped to eat along the circuit across the country, this was the best.
