Sushi U - Kailua-Kona

The sushi at this restaurant is of excellent quality, made with high-end ingredients, and offered at reasonable prices.

This restaurant has a fantastic concept where you can essentially build your own sushi rolls. I give it five stars for the concept and execution, as the rolls are well put together with good structural integrity. The service is a bit slow, but friendly and worth the wait. I would definitely come back here, but make sure you are not in a hurry. It's a hole in the wall with minimal seating, but great for a retreat.

Incredible sushi! Absolutely fantastic. No doubt about it. The vegetable futomaki and hosomaki rolls are my go-to favorites. Prices are reasonable and the sushi is excellent, made by a skilled sushi chef named Sushi Sam. And don't forget about dessert - Sweet Eatz has delicious dessert bars and Bubble Gum gelato that are insanely good. Overall, a must-try dining experience.
