Harbor House - Kailua-Kona

That's exactly what we were hoping for. A large open airspace with a beautiful breeze, right at the port. Two bar areas, huge scioners of beer on tap and some of the quietest, case-off-the-bone terriaki chicken I ever had. We loved the Poke too. Big pieces of Ahi and not expensive. Great, casual vibe and fantastic service. The new owners seem to do a job.

The best fresh fish sandwiches in town! The staff is always friendly and they also have a pretty good selection of drinks. It sits right at the port so you get a great view while you eat.

Sitting outside the port was a proper experience. It wasn't too busy so food came fast and service was excellent. I had shrimps and chips and my sister had the cheeseburger. Really good frits and crispy shrimps. I thought the burger was slandered, but my sister liked it. The big glasses of beer were great! We liked the selection.

This is a great place to have a meal with friends and family. The prices are good, too. Fresh seafood. Good beers on tap. And wonderful views of the harbor and sail and fishing boats. We haven't gone here before. Our friends do and we are glad they joined us for a wonderful meal. The fish and chips was a treat! Go and enjoy this place as we did!

Just got to Kona and asked a local what was good place to get some food and they pointed us to this place. I am so glad they did! The fish and chips are amazing! What a great way to start vacation!
